Product Info
This extensive and highly detailed photogrammetry based environment is one of a kind. We used the power of the new Unreal 5.4+ Engine to bring you an environment that can be used both for games and cinematics. Featuring a mix of modular assets and unique assets that allow you to create the interiors of kitchen environments along with all the objects you would find inside it.
The Environment comes with the demo scene shown in the images and even includes a Unity & UEFN version.

Intended Use
This environment has been created primarily with games in mind. it features high-quality nanite assets, 4K tillable/unique textures (we did optimize the textures in engine), and Lumen based lighting. However, due to the quality of the assets, this environment can also be used for cinematic purposes. The environment is intended for higher-end systems & consoles.
Structure
This environment has been made out of Modular assets where logical (mostly the walls, roads & buildings) This way you can alter the environment however you want with ease. All buildings are setup using Level Instances for easy placement.
Textures
All textures come in PBR 4k resolution and are downscaled in UE to have logical texture resolution and performance. Some textures also come with nanite displacement.
Lighting
We make full use of Lumen in this scene. All assets have been optimized to work with Lumen and follow the lumen technical validation documentation – our assets do not come with traditional lightmap UV’s but you can always auto-generate those if needed.
All lights have been set up using blueprints with simple on & off + intensity controls.
Disclaimers
All images have been rendered at an average of 50-60fps on cinematic quality using an RTX 3090.
The trees shown in the environment are not included. You can automatically add these by importing THIS Quixel tree pack into your project for free.
This environment is intended for higher end machines. When opening the environment it will open on cinematic quality. you can change the quality settings yourself to your liking.

The UE version makes heavy use of Lumen & Nanite, The Unity version is using the HDRP pipeline.
