City Beach Strip -Modular Pack includes a modular set to build your own American inspired modular city environment and city buildings with all of the assets, materials, plus an example map shown in the images. Inspired by Miami Art Deco and Vice City. Includes both exterior and interior modular pieces (not all buildings have interiors) to create apartment buildings, hotels, resorts, entertainment spaces, shops and stores. Each asset was created to a high quality and standard suitable for AAA quality visuals. The pack utilizes Lumen and Nanite for the best quality real-time visuals.

Additional Information:

• Level Instance versions of buildings for easy drag and drop placement of pre-built city buildings (30 Pre-built building instances in total!)

• Example map showcasing variations of pre-built modular hotels, resorts and buildings. Recommended enabling MegaLights for better performance.

• Both Exteriors and Interiors included (Not all buildings have interiors)

• Utilizes UE5 Nanite and Lumen

• Highly customizable with the ability to apply custom tillable textures for floors, walls and ceilings

• External Building pieces utilise Mesh Painting for extra detail

• Included example colors for interior and exterior walls; colors are changeable within their material instances
